We hate spam as much as you do and we will not pass on your details to other folk unless we have your permission.
If you sign up to an email newsletter (for example) on our site, you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time.
These are small text files placed on your PC or other device and are used by our website statistics tool (Google Analytics). All statistics are anonymous, so we can’t tell who you are unless you fill in a contact form to leave your name.
We often take photos of projects and events we are working on. It’s most important that we have permission before we post your image on our website or on our social media sites. Whilst we may mention your first name, subsequent names or any other information about you will never appear in conjunction with the photograph.
We’ll do this in three ways:
- Before taking a photo, we will specifically ask for your permission.
- If we have inadvertently captured you on camera, we will ask for your permission and delete or edit the image if permission is refused.
- From time to time we will announce a short “photography shoot” session and invite all who’d prefer not to be in shot to take a 5 or 10 minute break.
